Using seed beads

A beaded lizard on a necklace. I bought this in Morocco in the early 1970s. It may have been there or to the South.

Beads to decorate just about anything. I bought these in Iran in the late 1970s. The black piece on the left is a belt. I don' know how the three other short pieces were used.

Beads in Love. A necklace made by a girl of the Maria Ghond tribe in India to give her sweetheart to show her affection.

Zulu (South Africa) "love letter." The colors and patterns tell the other girls what's on her mind in regards to current or potential suitors. This is a tourist version. Donation: Patti
