Beads of St. Catherines GA

Part 1 of 4

Presumed French

Two "bubble glass" beads fused together while being rounded off a speo.

"Bubble glass" eye bead. The eye mosaic was made by the hot-strip method.

"Bubble glass" bead finished a speo. It is very small and faceted, the Paternosteri version of a charlotte.

Blown glass bead, possibly French. The bottom was added to cover the large hole at that end. These are unique to the site.
