You would know it if you held it in your hand. It is very heavy, about 175 gm (6+ oz.). It is made of anon-magnetic metal. Someone has suggested it might have been made from a meteorite. There are no signs of casting or other working.

Oh, and what is it? A mace head. The working end of a weapon of war in Iran some 4-5000 years ago.
